Acton Pacific Strategies is a boutique, Las Vegas-based consulting firm providing independent advisory services in data networking, data center architecture, cloud connectivity, and AI infrastructure planning. Alan Sukiennik — Founder & Principal Advisor

Alan Sukiennik is a veteran data networking engineer and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of experience spanning enterprise, service provider, cloud, and data center environments.

His career includes senior engineering and pre-sales engineering roles at some of the most influential networking companies in the industry:

Arista Networks — Senior Network Engineer; deep expertise in Arista EOS, data center switching, and cloud-grade networking architectures
F5 Networks — Application delivery, load balancing, and security solutions for the large enterprise and service provider customers
BlueCat Networks — DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (DDI) solutions for complex enterprise environments
Nokia — Service provider routing, optical transport, mobile backhaul, and carrier-grade infrastructure

Alan has worked with many organizations in the US, Europe, Asia and Latin America, across financial services, healthcare, government, media, education, telecommunications, and hospitality — advising on architecture decisions ranging from campus LAN refreshes to large-scale data center builds and AI-ready fabric design.

Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Alan brings firsthand knowledge of the unique infrastructure challenges facing the hospitality, gaming, and entertainment industries of the American Southwest, alongside deep expertise applicable to any sector.
